The promise
If your SquareFoot piece ever comes off the glass, we refund you in full and send a free replacement mount. No photo evidence demanded. No forms. No “did you clean the glass properly” interrogation. That is the whole policy.
Why we can afford to promise this
The folding-bracket geometry presses the suction cups flat against the glass under load, your cat’s weight makes the grip stronger, not weaker. The Bask Window Bed is rated to 40 lbs; the Vantage Window Hammock is supported from below by a solid wood frame. We are not brave. The engineering is just sound.
How to claim
Email us via the contact page with your order number and the words “it fell.” That is genuinely all we need. Refund and replacement mount go out within one business day.
The guarantee applies to installations on smooth, clean glass or glossy tile per the install guide. It does not cover mounting on wallpaper, painted walls, or textured glass, no suction product can hold there, ours included, and we would rather tell you that here than after your cat takes a tumble.
