30 days, no interrogation. If a piece is not right for the room, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund. No photographs demanded, no forms, and no argument about whether you gave it a fair chance.

- We send the return address and a prepaid-label option within one business day.
- Your refund lands within 5 business days of the return arriving, back to the original payment method.
Conditions
The item should come back in resellable condition, which for most things means back in the box it arrived in. If it turned up damaged or defective, none of this applies: we replace or refund immediately and you do not have to ship anything back.
Why we are relaxed about this
Because a small room is unforgiving about two inches, and no product page, ours included, is a substitute for standing the thing in the gap. Every product page publishes the maker’s own measurements so you can check before you order, and if one of those numbers turns out to be wrong, that is a free return and we want to hear about it so the page gets fixed for the next person.
