Will a SquareFoot piece damage or crack my window?
No. The mounts hold by suction only. Nothing is drilled, glued, or taped, and the folding-bracket design presses the cups flat against the glass so the load is spread, not concentrated. Remove it and the glass is exactly as it was. It is designed for standard smooth glass. If your glass is cracked or damaged, fix that first.
How much weight does it really hold?
The Bask Window Bed is rated to 40 lbs (18 kg), more than three times the weight of an average house cat. The Vantage Window Hammock uses a solid wood frame supported from below, so every landing is absorbed by structure rather than fabric.
What surfaces does it work on?
Smooth glass and glossy tile: windows, glass doors, glass balcony panels, tiled walls. It does not work on painted walls, wallpaper, textured glass, or frosted glass, because suction needs a smooth, non-porous surface. Wipe the surface clean before mounting.
Is it hard to install?
About one minute, no tools. Clean the glass, press the mounts on, lock the brackets. The install guide is in the box.
I have more than one cat.
Cats do not share prime spots. That is why the Territory Set exists: two independent levels so each cat gets a place. Both pieces mount separately, each with its own rated suction set.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 6–10 business days across the EU and US, fully tracked. You get the tracking number by email the moment it ships.
Will I have to pay customs or extra fees at delivery?
No. The price you see at checkout is the full price. We ship on duty-paid lines, nobody will knock on your door asking for money.
