30 days, no interrogation. If a SquareFoot piece is not right for you, or your cat pretends it does not exist, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund.
How it works
1. Write to us via the contact page with your order number.
2. We send you the return address and a prepaid-label option within one business day.
3. Refund lands within 5 business days of the return arriving, back to the original payment method.
Conditions
The item should be in resellable condition (cat hair is fine, we understand). If it arrived damaged or defective, none of this applies, we replace or refund immediately, no return needed.
The Holds-On Guarantee is separate
Returns are for “changed my mind.” If your SquareFoot piece ever falls, that is covered by the Holds-On Guarantee, full refund plus a free replacement mount, with no time limit on the mount replacement.
